One of the more well-rounded wrestlers (when he has medical clearance), Chief Steve-O has an extensive knowledge of in-ring maneuvers that could get him by in any match. Since his in-ring debut in 2001, Steve-O has made many unique milestones in the Aroostook County wrestling scene, such as becoming a 17-time HardCore Champion, a Maine State Champion, earning many shots at Heavyweight titles, receiving the Most Improved Wrestler of 2005 award, and even – strangely enough – being accused of having an affair with a certain “Vampire Slayer.” All this in 5 short years.

2007 marked the birth of Steve-O's PCW career, which started off with a bang. Steve-O first had a brief rivalry with Razor’s Destruction League, while also serving as “the Problem Solver” Kyle Wells’ right-hand man. At FireStorm in January of 2008, however, he turned his back on Wells, coming to Corvyn’s aid, and later that same night found out that the two (Steve-O and Corvyn) were actually brothers. As PCW set fire to 2008, Steve-O continued his own form of punishment and justice. Unfortunately though, during a HardCore War Match at Crimson Harvest, Steve-O suffered a near career-ending injury at the hands of Wolfgang Magnum, while the then-Commissioner Devian stood idly by.

Enter Reaper and the Board of Directors. With their help, Steve-O came back at Northern Equinox and took the job of Chief of Staff. Power hungry and seeking vengeance, Steve-O first set his sights on Devian. Steve-O laid out blame for his injury, and after claiming that Devian was out of control and ineffective, demoted him from his status of Commissioner down to the regular active roster. Now, with the quest to find a new Commissioner before him, and a hit list of people who need punishing, Steve-O seeks to mold the roster and PCW into a new image, hidden away in the darkness of his mind.

Will Chief Steve-O exact justice for the wrongs done to him? Or will the Horde get the last word?
